Blackwood & White Oak Chevron End Grain

A one-off end grain chevron board made from old growth Australian Blackwood and antique English White Oak, built at 450 × 310 × 52 mm.

The alternating timbers create a strong chevron pattern through the full face of the board, with the deep chocolate tones of the Blackwood set against the warmer golden colour of the English Oak.

Built from end grain for durability and easier cutting on knife edges, this is a substantial working board while still being compact enough for everyday kitchen use.

The English White Oak is antique stock, paired with old growth Blackwood to make a board that won’t be repeated in exactly the same timber combination.
