SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Made-to-Order Production Every Board Division board is handcrafted to order in Colac, Victoria using sustainably sourced Australian timber. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch

All domestic orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders are sent via Standard shipping and typically arrive within 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for an estimate before ordering.

Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Damaged in Transit We take great care in packaging every board to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or resolution promptly — your satisfaction is our priority.
